PingElo is part of the EloFlos ecosystem, which may include platforms such as GroupFlos and EloFlosMerch.

PingElo is a competitive table tennis ranking platform that allows users to record matches, track rankings, earn rewards, and participate in competitive seasons.

We currently operate as a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

We collect only the data necessary to operate the Platform.

a) Account Information

When you create an account we collect:

• Authentication identifiers generated by Supabase
• Encrypted password information handled by Supabase

Passwords are securely hashed by Supabase and are not visible to us.

In the future authentication providers such as Google or other OAuth providers may also be supported.

b) Player Profile Information

When using PingElo you may create or manage a player profile. This may include:

• Player name
• Player statistics
• Elo rating
• XP
• Trophies
• Seasonal rankings
• Cosmetic customisations
• Match history

Player names, rankings, match history, and competitive statistics may be publicly visible to other users as part of the platform’s competitive system.

c) Match Data

When matches are recorded the platform stores:

• Player identifiers
• Match scores
• Match type
• Match timestamps

Matches form part of the public competitive system and may be visible to other users.

d) Subscription Information

If you purchase a subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe.

We do not store or access card or payment details.

Stripe handles payment data according to their own privacy and security policies.

We may store limited subscription related information such as:

• Subscription status
• Billing state
• Reward eligibility

e) Platform Rewards and Virtual Currency

PingElo may store information related to platform rewards including:

• Flokens balance
• XP
• Trophies
• Seasonal rewards
• Subscription multipliers

These systems are used to operate the competitive platform and reward structure.

f) User Content

Users may submit information to the platform such as:

• Match results
• Player names
• Rankings data
• Competitive statistics

Some of this information may be publicly visible to other users as part of the competitive system.
